Hydraulic Systems Course
Kam Tech will customize a course specifically designed around a system in use at your plant. This course differs from General Hydraulic courses in that its focus is directed on the system you select. This eliminates time spent on components which doe not apply to your applications. This course breaks your system down into the key components which are critical to proper function of the system. These key components are covered in detail as their specific function, their role in the overall system operation, failure modes, and the effect of a failure in the overall system operations. This material is supplemented by examination of the system diagnostic components and practical trouble-shooting problems based on actual problems encountered in field applications.
Chemi-Washer Course
The goal of this course is to familiarize attendees with the Chemi-Washer Hydraulic system, its function and failure modes such that they may make informed decisions with confidence in a breakdown situation.
This course is customized and specifically designed around the system in use at your plant. This course differs from generic hydraulics courses in that its focus is directed on your system. This eliminates time spent on components which doe not apply to your application which allows for detailed examination of the system components actually in use. This course breaks your system down into the key components which are critical to proper function of the system. The physical location of these key components on your system is identified. These key components are covered in detail as their specific function, their role in the overall system operation, failure modes, and the effect of a failure in the overall system operations. This material is supplemented by examination of the system diagnostic components and the natural component service life/wear patterns. Once these Key Components have been covered a quiz is given to reinforce their function and role in the system.
The next section of the course focuses on problem solving based on the Key Components section. General trouble-shooting techniques are covered in detail. Methods to confirm suspect components, correction or by-pass procedures are presented in a systematic manner. The course ends with practical trouble-shooting problems. Attendees are placed into groups of two or three. Each group is given a different system problem based on an actual breakdown encountered in the field. These problems are then presented to the entire class for review and comment. In so doing the most common system problems encountered in the field are covered.
Course books are supplied which act has reference guides. These books consolidate the material supplied on delivery of the Chemi-Washer into a user friendly manual. Common adjustments, general maintenance procedures and trouble-shooting reference material are included. This supplements the course and gives each attendee reinforcement for future encounters.
